Why Mainten 365?
The Cost Of Waiting Can Be Much Higher Than The Cost Of Staying Ahead.
A home does not send a reminder before the heat stops, a pump fails or a small leak spreads. Mainten 365 puts the maintenance tasks covered by your plan on a schedule, so applicable issues can be found and addressed before they become urgent. The annual plan price is known; the cost of a breakdown is not.

Where Mainten fits
Where included in the selected plan, Mainten’s scheduled heating-season tasks provide an opportunity to identify visible or operational concerns before a breakdown. A visit cannot guarantee that the furnace will keep running, and the plan does not pay the $1,000 repair bill unless its agreement expressly includes it.

Where Mainten fits
Mainten can check and flag the applicable items listed in the customer’s plan. Sump-pump testing, backup-battery checks and minor faucet or leak maintenance within service scope are included in Plus 365 and Complete 365, not Essential 365. A scheduled visit cannot detect every hidden leak or prevent every flood.
Energy spent on a system working harder than it should

Where Mainten fits
Restricted airflow or dirty accessible components can cause some equipment to run longer or work harder. Essential 365, Plus 365 and Complete 365 include the listed heating-and-cooling seasonal maintenance, HVAC-filter work, HRV/ERV cleaning and exhaust-fan or vent cleaning within their applicable scope. A visit is not automatically a full licensed HVAC tune-up, energy audit or guarantee of lower bills.
Replacing major equipment earlier

Where Mainten fits
This example illustrates why equipment life matters. It does not say that missing maintenance reduces equipment life by three years or that Mainten 365 will add three years. Equipment life depends on design, installation, use, condition, environment and many other factors. Scheduled visits create opportunities to complete included work and flag accessible concerns, but do not establish remaining equipment life or guarantee delayed replacement.
