Where maintenance visits have already been completed, we will discuss a fair adjustment with you before processing the refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
