Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Mainten Solutions Ltd, trading as Mainten ("Mainten", "we", "us"). By using this website or purchasing a plan you agree to these terms.

Submitting a booking or quote request through this website is a service request. Appointments are not confirmed until Mainten confirms scheduling directly with you.

Service inclusions, limitations, labour allowances and visit frequencies for Mainten 365 and customized maintenance programs are determined by the applicable signed agreement.

Materials, specialized equipment, regulated trade work and work requiring additional time may be quoted separately. Work requiring regulated or licensed trades may be performed or coordinated through appropriately qualified service providers.
